Off Shore is founded around a passion for cooking with the goal to give our customers an enjoyable seafood experience without having to go to a fancy restaurant or break the bank.

We’re hoping our customers are open to trying new things they might not expect to come from a food trailer. Each dish is fresh and carefully thought out, made with attention to detail and extra love. When it comes to private catering, we want you to be yourselves and we will meet you wherever that is. Owner/Operator Trent Leiknes is a professionally trained chef with a background in French cooking and experience gained through working in and running various kitchens around Milwaukee.
